Are there issues again today w the app? Doorbell wasn’t picking up people this morning. Now someone rang the bell, somehow my chime got switched to off , had trouble switching the radio button to “on” kept telling me error. Someone rang bell and I couldn’t speak to them through the app. It kept knocking out my connection and trying to reconnect. Restarted doorbell still happening
Solved: I disconnected our back doorbell from the wired system and added a wireless doorbell (not video). The chime itself was wired wrong but initially had enough voltage because of the wired back doorbell. Had the front & back wires on the wrong things on the chime. Did some wire tracing, corrected it and now voltage showing fine and odd issues resolved.
