Recently I removed my wife from my Home setup as it wasn’t working properly on her phone. I then logged in as me on her phone which I think may be the start of the issue. Since that day, no events prior to January 4th appear to exist in the calendar, yet the device storage is
94% full so they must be on there still. I installed the doorbell one year ago.
I have since logged us both out, removed us and our child from the setup, re-invited and logged back in with our own individual usernames and also soft-reset the doorbell… so everything appears to be set up correctly, but still no events prior to January 4th. Can anyone please help.
I know it’s old footage, but we did recently get burgled (doorbell did not pick anything up) so I’d like to understand why. I have already raised this issue with a virtual chat assistant ( which hasn’t resolved it )
