I installed my new Doorbell (dual camera) - appeared to install with my Homebase 3. I also understood that a HomeBase was required. All went well, and completed successfully.
However when I go into settings it appears the recordings are being saved locally? Saying total 6.6
gig. My HomeBase3 has 1tb free.
I can’t find a place to select the HB3 as a storage destination…
Any one help answer my question?

I can not find a screen that reflects your example ‘Camera Settings’
There is no ‘gear icon’ on the My Devices screen.
I do have the ‘gear Icon’ on the camera screen for my Doorbell camera, however it doesn’t have that Edge selection item…

Exactly, what doorbell do you have? Product name / model number. Check this compatibility list for the HomeBase3.
