Hi,
This afternoon I wired my 2K battery doorbell and the green charging plug showed up after I did that.
However, now the charging plug disappeared and I just see the battery which means it isn’t charging.
The wires are still connected correctly since I do hear my existing doorbell chime when I ring the doorbell.
What could possibly cause this? I’ve attached a picture of the meter box.
