Hi all I’m just wondering why my eufy 2k doorbell didn’t detect my postman this morning. Yes it was daylight and I have the boundary thing setup to detect anything that comes in my garden etc
It picks up me leaving and entering the house and everything
But didn’t seem pickup postman today?
It’s happens quite often actually I just go to the doorbell settings and switch it to “all motion” back to “human”. It usually works
Make sure your motion zone picks up the postman’s full body as soon as they come into view. If the zone only allows for feet/ legs it won’t always work.
