It’s been almost a year and we can’t connect to our Dropbox. We have no way to see videos of deliveries unless we buy their cloud storage, which I guess is their whole point (sell something that doesn’t work so people have to buy their cloud storage) . Total ripoff! We use to recommend Eufy products but stopped doing that since people would be mad at us.
Install an external hard drive to your home-based 3 then there is no need for cloud as it’s all recorded to the hard drive and you can assess via the app
