I purchased the S330 battery powered doorbell with homebase 22 March 2024 and I am super frustrated with it (UK based)
I have given it time to adjust, update with whatever firmware updates etc but the lag when trying to talk to someone that has pressed the doorbell is crazy long. So long that people are just giving up and walking away when they’re not getting a response – they are and I can hear them fine but they don’t hear me for ages
Please give me a fix for this else I will have to try and return this somehow (not sure if I can after a couple months) – it’s not usable for the purpose I bought it for right now
