It keep saying homebase is updating since last night. I cant click on my cams to watch live video but if someone or something pass by I can see the notification video of it
Same issue here, the homebase has been “updating” for the last couple of days, someone broke into my neighbors car today, one of the cameras I have could potentially had recorded something if it were working…
Anyone has been able to fix it?
I reached out support through live chat but agent was not able to help, sent an email to support yesterday but haven’t heard back.
Is there an online chat with Eufy to get answers. My homebase won’t stop updating, and I’ve tried several suggestions but nothing has worked. Would like some one-on-one support. Will not recommend this brand to anyone else if I cannot get good support. Thanks.
