Don’t bother buying their products as there’s a reason they only have a 1 year warranty…. They don’t last and that’s either bad quality built in or intentional!!!
How do I change the device name?
Either one of you guys came upon a solution? Mine keeps doing the same damn thing and it’s rather annoying. Battery is filly charged, wifi signal is strong but camera is fine halfway through the damn day
Isnt working properly, looks really simple but the old way is better
Go into the Settings of the camera you want to change the name of, then tap on General after that a new page will open and on the top you will see Name, tap on that and you will have the option to change it.
Customer service said wait 2 weeks for an update did that and tried them at the weekend and yes got them working… albeit a bit periodic! Had to reinstall one of them also
