Unable to connect to Homebase (-3)

Hi, I just purchased the 2K doorbell and the setup at home on the weekend was easy, and the videos for live and event recordings was good. I was on the same Wi-Fi, apple iphone. Today at work I was notified (on my apple watch) someone had come to the door. I went to the Events section in the app and similar to others it was “Unable to connect to HomeBase (-3)”. I tried it again outside of work and it worked this time. I reckon my work’s Wi-Fi has some sort of firewall preventing access - mobile/celluar data seems to work tough. I retried again on work Wi-Fi = fail. Turned off Wi-Fi and it worked again.

Unable to connect to HomeBase (-3) when remote. Anyone found a solution for this yet ? ? ? Eufy, do you monitor these chats, any solutions from you ?

I just installed HomeBase 2 and 3x Pro cams. I get this -3 error when I try to update the Motion settings (switching between optimised/Custom etc). I have a great wifi connection, everything well within range. I find that I need to keep trying to change the settings, it can take several attempts before the changes stick - but they do stick eventually. So the error shows up, but eventually everything does work; the settings apply and function correctly, the cameras are contactable/playable/record etc.
