I have this issues since years without finding a solution or support. After each firmware update I struggle for weeks with Unable to connect Homebase (-3) error messages.
I have no way to see the alerts. I have to make them visible in the Events tab to be able to see them.
I have to update the events 20 times or more to make the events show up!
I have at worse 250 Mbits/s down BW, with or without VPN.
The support is useless.
Can I expect a fix one day???
