Trouble with Eufy, Unable to Access Live View Without WiFi Connection

Previously, I could access the live view feature on my Eufy device regardless of whether I was connected to my Netgear WiFi, Deco mesh network WiFi, or LTE (phone service). However, suddenly, I can only access the security camera when connected to my Netgear WiFi, which is the network I initially set up Eufy on. What could be causing this issue?

If not connected to the Netgear WiFi, all my cameras will say “Camera is offline”.

I’ve tested this on multiple phones and its the same issue on every one. However, when I’m on my computer, the “mysecurity.eufylife.com” live view will work with both wifi networks (netgear and deco)
