Stuck in cloud 1080p please help

so I recently tried the cloud storage but found out it only records in 1080 so I canceled it. now when I try to change to 2k under recording quality in the app I get the message, " Since you have enabled NAS or subscribed to cloud storage the recordings will only support 1080p full HD"

This will not work for my needs as the exact reason I bought these was the 2k. I was not able to positive ID suspect with 1080. Please help. This guy has broken into my car 4 times now.
