Alexa integration seems to keep coming and going. I’d like to see stronger consistent Alexa Integration with Eufy software and hardware, ie:
I’d like to see Person Detected, Package Detected, and Vehicle Detected (maybe others too like Pet Detected, etc) options under the announcement skill/routine. Currently, Alexa just ‘sees’ the cameras as “motion sensors”, but they are so much more than that. I would also like them to be able to be pulled up on the Echo devices again. I used to be able to but as of 2/8/2023, I can’t.

They can’t even integrate routines the right way. This company is such an joke. You can see open entry sensors but the wouldn’t trigger any routine.
I’m pretty sure eufy is doing this so you can’t make things like an alarm over echos so u have to buy cams that can make an alarm via automation.
Scammers nothing more!
It would be really handy if Alexa could notify you when your alarm is going off. My homebase is on one side of the house, and I can’t hear it from the other.
Google home integration is totally broken.
Doesn’t work at all now and hasn’t for awhile.
