Spaceview Monitor T8300, rollback to firmware 2.4.4

Hello

I hope someone can help me. My monitor was running fine on 2.4.4 but then I wanted to add a second camera and was told I had to update the monitor to the same firmware as the camera.

I did it, and the 2 cameras were able to connect, but the picture quality was awful and the sound extremely low even at max level.

Tried to install the firmware again and the monitor did not turn on until now.

I live in Chile so I have no warranty and the monitor was bought in 2021.

I got another set that works great but I want to add the second camera, the monitor is on firmware 2.4.4 so I want to “downgrade” the second camera to that same firmware.

Can anyone share the firmware? I can’t get it on the eufy website and customer service hasn’t replied to my requests.

Hi,
The cameras update their firmware when eufy sends them out. This is done automatically and there’s no stopping it.

As far as trying to roll back a firmware, it’s not possible.
Unless eufy can do it by sending it to your camera / monitor specifically. Which I can see it being possible if they have your camera model and serial number.
