I have two cameras with solar panels. There does not seem to be any way to see when the cameras are charging, they just seem to lose charge. An indication of charging or perhaps times when the camera has charged would help to be sure the panels and connections are working.

I always thought this was a horrible product idea. Unless you live in Arizona and your cam view just happens to be in perfect solar sync… this would never work. Just to get my cams to trigger reliably I need to position them in odd locations… and in odd positions. Would never work for me. Good luck
Here is the location of my driveway cam (notice the slant)…. Took me almost a year to dial it in.(I would guess I moved the camera location 20 times) Works great now but solar would never work.
