I had to remove my camera from the app yesterday because it wasn’t working properly. Now, when I try to re-add it, I receive a timeout error during the Wi-Fi connection step. Does anyone here know about this error message? I am using a Wi-Fi network with only 2.4 GHz. I’ve pressed the reset button for 10 seconds, turned off 2FA authentication, but nothing has helped.
