Secure connection error

When trying to answered a doorbell ring on an Xfinity 2.4 network, I get waiting for a secure connection then it times out.

In this case, could you please try the mobile network on your phone and see if it helps?

If the issue still persists, please provide:

  • Your eufy account
  • The serial number on the Doorbell device

No the mobile connection does not work either. Just stuck on secure connection error. If I am already in the app when I get a doorbell ring it works just fine. I’ll email over the stuff now.
