S340 power dashboard always shows "No Data"

I have an S340 Solocam, I have had to remove and re-add to.my homebase 3 multiple times. Whenever I use the app and look at the Dashboard,it always shows “No Data” for solar charging, despite it showing positive charging on the battery trend (although extremely low, and all a net downward trend).

I could not figure out how to reset the camera since the app options are totally different from the S220. The S220 shows charging fine. Also, for the S340, whenever I click check firmware nothing happens, but for the S220, it shows checking…
