Recently discovered HB3 functional with Floodlight Pro 2 Cam, BUT.. cannot connect

This week I discovered on my Eufy app that HomeBase 3 is finally functional with Floodlight Pro 2 Cam.

But when I try the steps to connect both devices from the Floodlight app section, it says they’re incompatible and I need to check whether the HomeBase 3 firmware is up-to-date.

I go to both devices and both devices show that their firmware are up-to-date.

Anyone encounter the same thing?

My Floodlight Pro’s connect but will not write to HB3, I have a ticket in on the issue…
