I’ve been getting “human” alerts all day from my doorbell, telling me about a flowerpot that sits in its field of vision. The pot has been there since I installed the doorbell, and today is the first time I’ve gotten alerts. Is there a way to “teach” the AI? I’ve also gotten similar notifications from other cameras, regarding “non-human” notices.
I get a false alert on my Floodlight 2 Pro Camera when my wife comes home and her car tire constantly triggers a “human” false detection. I have been sending it to Eufy as feedback/false human detection for MONTHS and nothing.
I had a few false notifications on my Homebase 3 and miraculously, they came through twice or so and never again. So, I think the so-called AI on the Homebase 3 is legit learning somehow but the one that’s built into everything else depends on Eufy and so, any changes will be few and very, very far apart.
