I’m getting notifications on my phone for our system, but my mum isn’t getting them on her phone, can someone please explain how to get her phone to get the notifications aswell
What phone is it? What have you tried already? Have you searched and looked at other posts? Need more info.
If it’s an Android phone, try checking:
Settings > Notifications
You should see EufySecurity, make sure it is on and also it should tell you when the last notification for it was delivered. If it is showing it has been sending notifications recently, try checking for any apps like Ccleaner or Anti Virus which may interfere/block some notifications. This was my issue and I had tried everything mentioned in other posts already.
