It over 3.5 weeks I’m waiting for help for their “Engineers”
Just found out “NO ENGINEERS” works on “support” it’s a BS TERM they should >>>>NOT<<< be allowed to use to DEECEIVE clients!
You have to wait 24 hrs for every question you ask to be answered… 6 times I requested them to call back.
Finally another “Telemarketer” calls back and HANGS UP when I informed them I’M RECORDING their calls.
Wow Over a 1000$ WASTED
DO NOT BUY >>>> ZERO SUPPORT<<<<
You can find all the replies on google… almost a month and NOTHING but “Google replies”
Why BECAUSE NO “SUPPORT ENGINEERS” works there.
I should have came here FIRST before wasting my money!
