No sound/audio on playback of video recording, why and how to fix it?

Go into Doorbell Settings / Audio Settings.
Audio Recording ~ Enable audio recording when recording clips. Make sure it’s toggled ON. If it is then toggle it OFF and back ON to see if that helps.
If not then try a Restart Device in the Doorbell Settings.

Thanks, but making no difference, have since been sent replacement doorbell but yet to setup!

Let us know if the replacement solved the issue thanks.
Also was just thinking… download one of the videos to your phone and then Play that video to see if audio works while using your photo/video app.

The reason my Eufy doorbell T8200 video sound stopped was due to the wiring, one of the connections was not secure, maybe someone tried to pull the housing, I secured the wires and I have my sound back
