No audio being recorded

I have 8 eufycam’s that were purchased in August and September 2019, 4 of my camera’s no longer record audio and I am assuming that I cannot use the speaker function. I haven’t tried to use the live speaker as I haven’t needed to. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix? The camera’s worked correctly until 3 months ago. Any help appreciated. Not all camera’s were purchased together.

Have you tried reaching out to support?

Not yet was hoping it was something simple. I live in Australia and getting warranty is a nightmare as eufy tell me to contact the place of purchase. I’ve bought some from Amazon Australia and they only have a short return period of which these are past…
