1 no need to delete the app
2 no need to shut the phone down
But these two things can be done if like
Reload the app, start by simply signing in to a new account, it will redirect, what you want to do is continue to sign in even change the password but do not open the email (leave the passw alone). go into the settings to both eufy security and simply turn on notifications in all. and again sign in till you get the 4 digit code verification and eventually the app will be back up and running
you do not need to delete your account
