My wife unable to receive invite link to add device

Today i installed my wired doorbell successfully on my mobile. After wards I tried sending admin invite to my wifes email which is registered with eufy but she is not able to receive any alert of invite on her app.

Please advise

Hi, call Eufy and tell them to make sure all registered accounts are set as the same region - this happened to me as well, for some reason you can’t set the region yourself, and it automatically assumes some registered accounts are in a different region.
