Tonight my devices. Just disappeared from my app so I no longer have any device on the app plus all my motion clips have gone also
I have lost everything
So now it wants me to start over again
I have no idea how this happened
Any advice greatly appreciated thank you
Lots of strange stuff going on tonight, I had access and control over someone else’s cameras but after about 20 minutes my app reset then my cameras were back to normal.

Hey would be best for you to log out shut home base down delete the app. Then start over download app sign back in (get your 60 seconds for access code) log back in and change your passwords. You don’t know if someone else is in your home base. Cheers.
