Since several weeks, I have some moisture in one of my Eufy cam2s. It’s not on the lens, I made sure it’s absolutely clean from the outside.
I took the came inside for several days and placed it near a warm source, the moisture has gone away. But 2 days after placing it outside again, the moisture came back. Now I just see a hallow of things instead of a clear video.
Is there something we can do about it?

Can you please let me have a solution for this issue?
There’s really no fix you can do.
The cameras weatherproof build is compromised.
If your still within time, return it from the place of purchase for an exchange.
Or you can contact Eufy Support and notify them of the situation.
The camera has a 12-month warranty.

BTW, all devices sold in Europe must have 2 years warranty.
