Recently, my wife brought to my attention that the microphone feature on one of our 2C cameras is not working. What’s weirder is that it’s only happening on her Android phone. If I view the live stream on my iPhone, I can hear things through the camera and I can talk through it too but this doesn’t work for her. I’ve verified that the volume is turned up on her phone, verified that she has all of the correct permissions in the Eufy app and is a full admin of our Eufy system. I’ve also restarted the Eufy home base and the particular camera itself and it’s still not working. So far, it’s just one camera but it’s weird that it would be happening all of the sudden like this.
Ideas?
