Manual recording not complete

Hi,

We have an eufy Cam. We use the cam to record manual video’s as we need. We have turned of motion detection, sound detection as we don’t need them.

We connect to the cam via the eufy Security app and can view the stream without issues. We start recording via the recording button. But when we view the recorded video the first few minutes are missing in the video. The recording timer in the app is counting up so it looks like the recording is going on but it’s not in the result.

The strange thing is, this is not happening all the time. Sometimes the recording is just fine and starts with the second we click the record button.

We have this issue on a iPad Pro.2021 with more then enough space. Also there is enough space in the cloud to store the video.

Is this a know issue and if so how we can fix this?
