Loitering pop up

Hey everybody,

Does someone know how i can get pop ups from the loitering function. It works on the homebase but not on my iphone…

I have the Eufy Video Doorbell Dual 2 Pro with HomeBase 3.

Hi, I don’t have a HomeBase and when you mean pop-ups I’m not sure what you’re referring to unless it’s a type of notification you receive on your phone.

I would look into the cameras own actual settings, specifically the notifications area to see if it has an option for the loitering.

Here’s an example of one of my cameras.

this feature is available for this device. but only the home base gives a voice message when something is detected.

Okay I don’t have that camera but your camera should have a settings for Meldingen

See if you can open up the Settings for just the Doorbell and not the HomeBase.
Hopefully someone here can reply better than I since I don’t have a HomeBase… That it may be also in the HB settings.
