Loitering pop up

Hey everybody,

Does someone know how i can get pop ups from the loitering function. It works on the homebase but not on my iphone…

I have the Eufy Video Doorbell Dual 2 Pro with HomeBase 3.

Hi, I don’t have a HomeBase and when you mean pop-ups I’m not sure what you’re referring to unless it’s a type of notification you receive on your phone.

I would look into the cameras own actual settings, specifically the notifications area to see if it has an option for the loitering.

this feature is available for this device. but only the home base gives a voice message when something is detected.

Okay I don’t have that camera but your camera should have a settings for Meldingen

See if you can open up the Settings for just the Doorbell and not the HomeBase.
Hopefully someone here can reply better than I since I don’t have a HomeBase… That it may be also in the HB settings.

The loitering detection works perfectly and sends alerts to the HomeBase, I’m not receiving any pop-up notifications on my iPhone. I’ve checked my phone’s notification settings and ensured that notifications for the Eufy Security app are enabled. I’ve verified that loitering detection is activated in the app settings for unique goldendoodle names, and notifications are turned on for this feature.

Have you looked in the security modes?
When you open the app tap on the security shield lower bottom. Then then tap on the camera. Depending on which mode you have set tap on its cog wheel to see if you have notifications or loitering checked.
