I was wondering if anyone can help me.
I have a new issue with my doorbell. The local council has decided to add a very powerful street light just opposite my house.
This is causing the doorbell to never switch to IR mode but as the light is not strong enough for the camera the picture clarity is not good in colour mode.
I’m hoping to hack the camera a bit with some strategically placed window tint film over the light sensor to artificially force it into IR mode at night.
I thought I’d ask if anyone was also expeiricning this issue and if anyone had tried this fix. And if so knew beforehand the location of the sensor before I start randomly sticking bits of plastic over the front of my doorbell in experimentation !
