Intermittent Wi-Fi connection on Outdoor Cam Pro C24

Hi everyone, I’m new with Eufy and I have a problem with my new cam.
The problem is due to intermittent connection, even if I’m connected in remote or within the LAN network. These cause lag and disconnection.
The cam is near WiFi then is not a signal problem.
Have anyone the same problem?
Is there a fix available in future?


Work great at first then I had connections issues and recording missing. Reached out to Eufy and couldn’t fix so they send a new one out. Just have to put the new one up and test.
