Intermittent motion notifications Eufycam 2

I have 3 activity zones, all motions are selected and high sensitivity but still the camera does not always detect activity when it obviously should have. (This is a replacement camera as it was assumed the first was faulty).

We are having the same issues with ours and it seems to be mostly the human detection for us.

Same issue, have to turn camera on and off to get it working. Not acceptable really. Anyone had any response form Eufy?
