Dear eufy team and friends,
I recently updated my iPhone firmware, 16.2 on 18th Jan and since then my Eufy duel doorbell has stopped recording videos.
Everything thing is normal except the recording.
I get notifications and all, when I want to review them it’s all empty. Since 18th Jan.
I believed Eufy had to update its firmware to match with new iPhone update but it’s been 3 days and no sign of update when make me believe I am having problem on my side.
Please, help me of anyone is going through the same!
