I am replacing some older Eufy products with new ones and have simply been going into the app and hitting “remove” as I read that is all that is needed to get it not just off your system but ready to gift or sell to someone else in a state they can hook it up to theirs? I forgot to do this on the doorbell and aside from uninstalling the new to put it back is there some way I can safely get this old doorbell some power to hit remove on the app? I have never understood doorbell wiring, and it doesn’t seem as if there is any sort of USB port or any other way to power this thing.
Do you have another doorbell on your home that doesn’t have a camera?
You could remove that one and wire up the doorbell camera to it temporarily, don’t mount it just let it hang.
Or you’ll need some other power source of 16-24Volt AC ~ (alternating current), 30VA or more.
