I have a question.
How to detect offline solo cameras (C24)?
When i start the app it shows the last screen of all cameras.
If i disconnect one of the cams i get no respone in the app that this device is now offline.
Devices show the Cam as online.
Security says cam is in geofence mode.
When i then click Play on the cam then the app checks that the cam is offline. And says Camera Offline.
Under Security it still says geofence. When i then click on settings THEN the app checks the cam is offline and show offline instead of geofence.
When i reconnect the cam, under devices the the picture for the cam comes back. But under Security it still is shown as offline. I need to click on the config and then again it shows the cam as online with geofencing.
Is there a way to get informed with push or at least when starting the app that all devices are short checked if they are alive and get informed if something is offline?
Currently i get no info when cams are offline because they lost power or the got destoryed somehow if i don’t manually check them.
What if you have 200 cams within the system and don’t know that 20 of them are not working?
