Homebase 3 update freezes

I bought set 3+1 Homebase 3 and eufycam 3. Everyday homebase is automatically trying to update. Update freezes and application shows for hours that homebase is updating. LED is flashing with red and blue color. Manual update via mobile application has same result. Restart in application does not work. Only unplug AC works. Now the setup is useless and does not work.

I’d like to ask:

  1. How to disable automate update. I did not found it. This is must have option, otherwise it’s critical security fail. I can’t imagine that it starts to update when something could happen.
  2. How to fix the update procedure or analyze why it happens.

Homebase died after two weeks, I’m sending it back. Waste of time :frowning:
