I’m having the following issue:
I have an indoor Can Pan&Tilt and it stores recordings/video + audio through the edge connection on my homebase 3.
When I watch (stream) an event from this camera on my phone I can clearly hear the sound, but when I download/export the video to my iPhone, there is no sound.
I also tried the following: I connected an external drive to archive the video on an external USB disk. Even then when I watch the video on my laptop: also no sound. It looks like it is perhaps exporting the wrong audio stream. Can you please advise how to solve this ?
