I have had the HomeBase 3 with no problems for over a year. All of a sudden all cameras attached to it have stopped detecting people. The cameras and base station settings have not been changed . I have restarted and reset all devices with no luck. The firmware is up to date.
I have discovered that if I turn the typical motion detection on that they do discover the motion of people. Just not recognizing as people. I have contacted Eufy support with little help. Has anyone else experienced this or have a fix? Thanks!
