Homebase 2 Offline and can’t reset from app

Hi there,
My Homebase 2 decided to go offline today, no problem with Wi-fi at all. The only way to get back up and running was to power off and plug in again. The option to restart from the app wasn’t available as all devices were offline.
I’m just a week in with Eufy products, is this to be expected? It will defeat the purpose if we ever get to have a holiday this year and the HB2 goes down when not there. Thanks for any advice.
