So I have the E340 doorbell battery powered set up on my app, and I recently connected the Homebase 2 to my router and shows in my Eufy security app. But when I filter events by the Homebase 2, it shows no clips no matter what. Why isn’t the homebase saving video like it should? I’m worried if my doorbell breaks and something happens or a porch pirate comes, I wont have any video evidence. Any suggestions?
Did you sync / pair / add the device (doorbell) to the Homebase 2?
