Homebase 2 Blue light not showing

The blue light on my Homebase 2 has stopped working.
I’ve carried out all the fault finding suggestions from Tech Support and they have confirmed its a defective unit.
I was hoping for a replacement but Anker have refused as its out of their one year warranty.
Not very happy about this and I will follow up to quote the Sale of Goods Act and insist on a replacement.

Any one else had this experience ?? - I’d appreciate any feedback.
