So what is the cure for the base being offline and wont reconnect when internet connection is good and green light is on at the connector ? base station light just blinks red and then stays on steady red. After pressing reset button it says unable to connect to internet. Bad base station?
As a last resort, you might try to unplug power and then push the Sync button for 30 seconds to discharge any stored charge. Then, plug back in and see if it comes back to life. If it does, you will have to re-add the base and any devices.
Also, change your ethernet cable before you do the power trick. Could be just a bad cable or connector.
