Had a power cut yesterday no eufy door bell is again out of synch with Alexa. I seem to waste more time trying to sort this than any other eufy device. I have gone through the usual tricks but to no avail. The door cam sends the ring tone to alexa devices then ages later you get the someone at the door announcement.
Now getting fed up with this unit and having to waste so much time on it. Its time eufy really did sort this product out.
