I’ve been using an wifi eufy connected ringtone for 2 years. The bell is protected from wind and rain.
A few days ago the alarm went off because I forgot to recharge it beforehand.
When I plugged it in to recharge it, none of the lights came on. I left it charging for several hours with different chargers but to no avail.
I carried out the actions suggested by eufy support but to no avail.
The ringtone is in almost new condition, even after 2 years of use.
Do you have any suggestions or feedback?
I really don’t want to buy a new ringtone.
