I have two 2K Pan and Tilt indoor cams. When geofencing changes the mode of all my cams I get notifications on my iPhone and an Alert in the Events/Alerts section of the Eufy app. However the two 2K Pan and Tilt cams never show an alert in that section like my other outside cams. Anyone else have this prob? I can’t get Eufy to understand…
I set the custom area box to pick up motion but it does not work properly. Motion outside the set box still triggers notifications alarm.
