Events stop recording?

Purchased a Security Battery Video Doorbell C210 Kit about a week ago. All events were being recorded and reported via APP to my phone. Settings capture movement on front porch and when the doorbell is rung. However, recenty about the last 3 days I noticed it’s not capturing any of our morning events (leaving house for work). As I’ve read already on here, there must be some kind of “sleep mode” that the doorbell goes into. It randomly captures events throughout the day, but there are a lot of events missing.

Has anyone figured out a way to fix this issue?

Firmware says it’s up to day.

Yes, my fix is to disable motion detection and re-enable it once a while.
