eufyCam E moisture penetration?

Hi all,

I purchased a eufyCam E at the end of 2019 and the lens is now misted up on the inside. The camera has been held securely outside and has not been damaged.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I suspect the camera is out of warranty. These are expensive products and such a short product life is really very bad.

It seems your lens is cracking… But your cam is out of warranty…

Barely an 18 month life for the camera, not great at all!

Hopefully others don’t find this happens.

Same here, moisture inside on 2 of 3 cams, they are about 2-3 years old (got them on 2 separate occasions).
Since its out of warranty its no point contacting the support.
